Key responsibilities:
- Receive and issue materials equipment and other items in line with operational requirements.
- Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
- Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
- Ensure all store materials are correctly identified labelled and stored in their designated locations.
- Manage outbound shipments including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
- Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.
- Organize and hand out all tooling equipment for production floor ensuring all information is captured before signing out.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in warehouse material handling or inventory control.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- A clear disciplinary record.
Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of stock and logistics processes.
- Forklift qualification
