Join a high-intensity founding team as the lead technical hire building an AI platform to decarbonize building energy. You will architect and scale a full-stack Python and React ecosystem that optimizes heat pump performance in real time. This 0-to-1 role offers direct product ownership and the chance to drive the global clean energy transition.

What you will do:

Design and build real-time data pipelines and AI-powered optimization algorithms using Python (FastAPI/Django).
Develop responsive dashboards and control interfaces using React and for early design partners.
Architect scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and integrate directly with hardware APIs and home automation platforms.

The ideal candidate:

5 years of professional full-stack experience with strong production expertise in Python web frameworks and React.
A builder mindset with the intensity required for an early-stage startup and a track record of shipping 0-to-1 products.
Strong computer science fundamentals and a genuine passion for building technology that accelerates the clean energy transition.
