About the role:
- Work on a mix of wills estate planning succession and estate administration matters.
- Advise individuals and families on asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer.
- Draft wills testamentary trusts enduring powers of attorney and related estate planning documents.
- Support clients on both straightforward and more strategic private client matters.
- Gain exposure to estate disputes depending on your experience and interest.
The ideal candidate:
- 3 years PQE in Wills & Estates succession or private client work.
- Strong drafting and advisory skills across estate planning matters.
- Exposure to estate administration and ideally estate disputes.
- Commercial empathetic and confident client manner.
- Seeking a long-term role within a respected Adelaide firm.
