Job Summary

OAI Rainier by The Look Company is a manufacturing organization with a long established looking for a skilled Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead our Shipping Receiving and Packaging this role youll oversee daily operations improve processes and ensure products are packaged and delivered accurately and on time. Youll collaborate with teams across the company and help develop a strong highperforming ideal candidate will have/be:Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferably in a manufacturing/production environmentExperience in leading training and mentoring team membersKnowledge of inventory control logistics and shopfloor processesStrong communication problemsolving and processimprovement skillsAbility to work independently meet deadlines and prioritize effectivelyCustomerfocused mindset and willingness to collaborateCompensation:This is an hourly position eligible for overtime.
