Job Summary
This is a remote position.
About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong Shopify and React experience to help us build maintain and improve custom widgets apps and extensions for Shopify stores.
Our team develops Shopify integrations that extend store functionality through widgets and embedded apps. The frontend developer will focus on improving existing implementations building new widgets and extensions and enhancing the frontend application used to configure and manage our system.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Shopify widgets apps and storefront extensions.
Improve and refactor existing widgets and extensions to enhance performance reliability and usability.
Manage maintain and improve Shopify POS Extension widgets and components.
Build new Shopify extensions based on client requirements.
Develop and maintain embedded Shopify apps using React / Html / Css / JS.
Modify the visual aspect and functionalities of stores in Shopify.
Work on the NextJS frontend application used to configure and manage our system improving components user flows and overall usability.
Implement client-side validations UI improvements and better component architecture in the management frontend.
Integrate frontend features with our internal backend APIs.
Ensure high-quality scalable and maintainable frontend code.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the architecture and functionality of our Shopify integrations.
Requirements
Required Skills
Strong experience with Shopify development.
Experience with Shopify Polaris Shopify App Bridge Shopify Liquid Shopify UI Extensions and Shopify APIs.
Experience with Shopify CLI and embedded apps.
Experience building Shopify apps widgets or storefront extensions.
Solid experience with .
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
Experience building reusable frontend components and UI systems.
Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in e-commerce platforms or SaaS tools.
Experience with NextJS.
