Role Summary

The Python / AI Engineer will design develop and deploy scalable Python-based solutions with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and data-driven applications. The role involves building AI/ML models integrating them into enterprise systems and supporting end-to-end delivery in a secure production-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Python-based applications and services for AI and data-driven use cases

Build train evaluate and deploy machine learning and AI models for enterprise applications

Develop data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support AI/ML models

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms APIs and downstream systems

Ensure code quality scalability and performance using engineering best practices

Collaborate with product owners data scientists and platform teams across delivery lifecycle

Support model deployment monitoring and tuning in production environments

Adhere to enterprise security compliance and governance standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience (Must Have)

Strong hands-on experience in Python for backend development and data processing

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation

Experience with AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn NumPy Pandas

Experience building and consuming REST APIs / microservices

Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and OOP concepts

Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Knowledge of SDLC Git and CI/CD concepts

Desired Skills & Experience (Good to Have)

Experience with Generative AI LLMs or prompt engineering

Exposure to MLOps practices (model versioning deployment monitoring)

Experience with Azure AI/ML services or Azure OpenAI

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Background in enterprise-scale secure production systems
