You possess substantial experience as an HR Business Partner ideally within a fast-paced and international environment. Your expertise includes employee relations talent management and HR policy implementation. You are a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships at all levels. A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is essential. You are proficient in English (C2 level) and possess a solid understanding of UK employment law. You thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to an innovative company.
