The Role:
Build and manage production schedules aligned to customer orders and forecast demand.
Translate sales forecasts and order data into practical factory plans across multiple production lines.
Work closely with operations technical and supply teams to keep production running efficiently.
Anticipate and manage planning risks including raw material shortages shelf-life constraints or downtime.
Monitor planning performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste.

The Person:
Previous experience in a production planning scheduling or supply planning role within manufacturing (food/FMCG preferred).
Comfortable working in environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong systems knowledge (ERP/MRP) with good Excel capability.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competing production demands.
Confident communicator able to coordinate across production procurement and commercial teams.
