You will be responsible for:

• Is responsible for the adjustments/setup of the manufacturing equipment and their corresponding documentation.
• Provides support to manufacturing for the timely repair of equipment and machinery.
• Performs corrective and emergency nonplanned maintenance activities according to the approved methods and documentation.
• Participates in the transfer of new production lines.
• Provides recommendations and technical support in new projects and OAC.
• Complies with all the safety policies of the company and other safety precautions within the work area.
• Complies with all the safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures the compliance with the responsibilities of the Environment Management Systems (EMS).
• Follows the Convenient Information Retention Administration Policies of J&J and of the Campus record retention program training and education Document Retention Notices Record cleanup inactive records and Information Management Vital Records and if applicable to suppliers.
• Other responsibilities can be assigned and not all the responsibilities listed here must be assigned.
• Has completed the environment and safety training appropriate for his/her discipline

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Technical career or equivalent applicable to: Mechanics Electric Electro-mechanics Electronics Metrology instrumentalist.
• 3 to 5 years of experience and/or related training preferably. Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily develop the responsibilities of the position
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
• Wide knowledge of computer packages.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferably.
• Knowledge of the Campus Systems preferably.
• Knowledge of Maximo System (Computerized System for the Management of Maintenance) preferably.
• Knowledge of the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices )/ISO preferably.
• Knowledge of emergency and corrective nonplanned maintenance calibrations procedures documentation and quality systems preferably
