What Youll do:
A skilled motivated technician will have strong diagnostic and repair abilities on high-end European vehicles. The ideal candidate has experience with luxury brands and enjoys working in a fast-paced teamoriented service department.
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems with minimal supervision
- Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary components.
- Save and tag parts per warranty or customer request procedures.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify additional safety or service needs.
- Accurately document all work performed and recommended services.
- Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations (e.g. OSHA hazardous waste handling).
What Youll need- (Applicants without the following prerequisites need not apply)
- Experience with BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi and Jaguar strongly preferred
- High-line/European vehicle repair background a major plus
- Strong understanding of diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Keys To Success:
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals repair orders and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with service advisors and team members.
- Basic computer proficiency for repair documentation and diagnostics.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- ASE certification(s) preferred but required
