Japan Communication Manager
What you can expect
The Japan Communications Manager will lead and elevate our public relations and external communications for Zoom in Japan. You will strengthen Zooms corporate reputation drive thought leadership. You will amplify narratives around AI-driven innovation customer success and partnerships to grow awareness and influence across the Japanese market. As part of the global Communications and Reputation team and the wider Marketing organization youll operate at the intersection of strategy storytelling and relationship-building. Youll partner with the Head of Japan senior leaders from Sales Government Relations HRBP media and industry stakeholders to bring Zooms corporate vision to life in Japan.
About the Team
The Zoom Communications and Reputation Team crafts narratives that enhance Zooms global reputation. It fosters media relationships and delivers effective communications for diverse audiences. Operating between global strategy and local insight the team partners with marketing government relations and sales to amplify brand messages. This ensures communications align with business objectives and resonate in each market. Through collaboration and creativity the team builds trust and drives growth using strategic storytelling. Their efforts keep Zooms brand engagement meaningful relevant and prepared for continued success.
