Full-Time Typically 8am4pm Eau Claire WI
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and build a new future Do you want to use your leadership skills to guide a dedicated team supporting adults on their sobriety journey Join Lutheran Social Services as a Program Supervisor Residential Treatment at the Fahrman Center a 42âbed residential program providing substance use disorder treatment and restorative justice services.
This CoâSupervisor role shares dayâtoâday program oversight staff support and operational leadership to ensure highâquality compliant and compassionate care.
What Youll Do
- Provide leadership for daily program operations
- Ensure quality services that meet licensing contract and bestâpractice standards
- Supervise train schedule and evaluate program staff
- Identify and support staff training needs
- Conduct case record reviews case consultation and occasional direct care
- Manage budget expenditures and support annual budget development
- Uphold agency policies mission values and service standards
- Facilitate staff meetings and ensure strong team communication
- Support a safe and positive environment for clients and colleagues
What You Need
- Associates degree in social work psychology sociology or related field
- 3 years of experience in social services or related field; experience with similar populations preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- SAC-IT required; SAC or CSAC strongly preferred
- Strong verbal written and technology skills
- Ability to lead coach and model professionalism
