Essential Duties/Core Competencies:
- Manage the Cage Operations team to include efficient staffing team member development and training performance management and policy enforcement.
- Advise senior management of major cage exceptions.
- Assist in the development of Cage Cashiers and Bankers.
- Develop and conduct ongoing Title 31 training in all applicable areas and ensures compliance by all team members.
- Monitor all operational areas for efficiency and effectiveness. Make recommendations.
- Escalate issues of potential importance to the attention of the Cage Manager and/or Controller to include but not limited to; staffing challenging team member relations issues procedural violations regulatory violations and operational or guest relations breakdowns.
- Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management.
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions.
- Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
- Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals maintenance instructions and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimal and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
