Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated productivity metrics dashboards for AI tools
- Monitor AI tool usage and adoption across the organisation
- Create and deliver automated DPO (Developer Productivity Office) data feeds
- Analyse productivity trends and surface insights to support business decisionmaking
- Support reporting requirements for leadership and CoE (Centre of Excellence) reviews
- Produce monthly productivity insights reports for executivelevel audiences
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 Years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or productivity reporting
- Proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms
- Ability to design and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot or similar
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a technology or professional services environment (preferred)
