Job Summary
- Conduct market studies socio-economic analysis and spatial data assessments.
- Utilize GIS tools urban modeling methods or data visualization platforms to support evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare reports proposals and strategic briefs summarizing insights and solutions.
- Prepare materials for stakeholder workshops consultations and presentations.
- Support engagement with government agencies developers operators and community representatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics or related fields.
- 5 years above experience in consulting policy research or real estate advisory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret spatial and socio-economic data.
- Proficiency in tools such as GIS Excel PowerPoint; familiarity with design or visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
