Job Summary
- Support the daily operations of the hotels sport and recreation areas including pool fitness and activity zones.
- Assist in setting up and delivering guest activities ensuring safety cleanliness and readiness.
- Provide basic guest service equipment handling and activity explanation with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth activity execution and service flow.
- Uphold grooming hygiene and service standards in all guest interactions.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Recreation Physical Education Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recreation fitness sports or guest activity services.
- Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Service oriented with an eye for details.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
