YOUR MISSION
You will be directly handling the relationship with our top chain partners and you will be responsible for the growth operational excellence and all the marketing plans. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands stores and restaurants in the country.
THE JOURNEY
Establish excellent relationships with Glovos top partners through consistent and proactive communication identifying their needs and building engagement (Partners meetings and business reviews);
Lead strategic Joint Business Plan negotiations with top partners ;
Evaluate follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Be proactive and data-driven enough in order to improve operational KPIs with partners;
Prepare deep dive analysis on Glovos business topics and designs action steps;
Draw and execute plans making your partners grow through promotions marketing activations and menu performance;
Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs. (Growth Revenue Ops);
Increase Glovos revenue through commission renegotiation and selling Glovos assets;
Interact with other areas (operations marketing finance) to make sure that we are giving the best possible service to your partners.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
2 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments
Masters degree in Business Sales Marketing Engineering Supply Chain or Finance.
Strong business acumen
Data-drivenorganized and obsessed with detail and accuracy
Hands-on and autonomous
Have excellent communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goals
Proficiency in French & English is a must.
