Job Summary

Clean and prepare guest rooms to the high standards expected at our hotel including changing bed linens towels and bathroom amenities
Dust vacuum mop and sanitise all room surfaces bathrooms and fixtures while maintaining attention to detail
Replenish guest supplies (toiletries coffee/tea etc.) and ensure rooms are welcoming and fully stocked
Report any maintenance issues lost property or damage promptly to supervisors
Clean public areas as assigned and assist with deep cleaning or special projects when required
Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain a professional positive attitude
Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas while prioritising hygiene safety and sustainability practices (including our commitment to reducing single-use plastics)

Qualifications :

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel hospitality or similar fast-paced environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive tasks including lifting and bending
Reliable punctual and able to work a rotating roster including weekends public holidays and early/late shifts
Basic understanding of hygiene health & safety standards in a hospitality setting
Right to work in Australia
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages an advantage)
A positive team player with a guest-focused mindset
