Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing maintaining and managing project schedules for complex high-technology construction environments including Data Centers Semiconductor facilities and Life Sciences projects. This role requires deep knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop monitor and update owners Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Establish the schedule management program and deliverables/KPIs to be used on large scale capital programs.
- Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
- Develop update and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
- Coordinate closely with design engineering construction and commissioning teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies and recommendations.
- Lead schedule review meetings and present updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and performance against the baseline schedule; produce look-ahead schedules and reports.
- Ensure alignment between MEP installation sequencing and overall project milestones.
- Analyze and incorporate vendor subcontractor and procurement schedules into the master schedule.
- Support delay analysis change management as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a time served Planner or Scheduler in Data Centre Semiconductor Battery Plant EV or Life Sciences projects.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems and understanding of their design and construction sequencing.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced technically complex environments.
- Experience across data centers life sciences and hightech manufacturing
