ICC Engineer
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting root cause analysis and rectification of system faults and incidents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all unplanned occurrences incidents and emergency events.
- Oversee and ensure appropriate allocation of tasks jobs and Work Orders to Duty Technicians based on priority and competency.
- Conduct and lead daily toolbox and operational meetings to ensure readiness and alignment of the team.
- Manage and control the issuance of access passes and Permits To Work (PTW) for all contractors operating within theFRCarea.
- Review analyze and compile technical data and incident reports for submission to theFRCManager and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the performance of critical systems taking corrective actions in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper documentation and daily updates of system checklists Work Order statuses and equipment operating parameters.
- Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and possesss good interpersonal skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
