Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our culinary and beverage operations. This role requires a passionate leader who can elevate our guest experience through impeccable service standards innovative menu planning and efficient management of all food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across the property ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and optimize cost control.
- Lead motivate and train food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest preferences.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
- Ensure all health safety and sanitation policies are strictly adhered to in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a leading market position.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or in a senior food and beverage management position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop profitable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Willingness to work in Portsmouth NH and travel between properties as needed.
