As a Security Officer - Routine Site Rounds in Chandler AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and data-focused location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations communicate clearly with site contacts and your Allied Universal team and respond to routine requests with a customer-first mindset. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors contractors and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures access control practices and post orders at a technology location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor alarms cameras and/or other building systems as assigned and report unusual conditions maintenance concerns and/or policy violations through the proper channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including supporting evacuations medical response coordination and/or communication with local first responders as directed.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol activity incident reports access logs and service requests and communicate status updates during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
