Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cooler Stocker to join our team. This position is responsible for stocking organizing and maintaining products in refrigerated coolers to ensure shelves remain full clean and properly rotated. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented able to work in a cold environment and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish beverages and other refrigerated products in store coolers
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In First Out) methods
- Keep cooler areas clean organized and properly labeled
- Monitor product dates and remove expired items
- Assist with deliveries and moving products to the cooler
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and are easily accessible for customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Check for inventory damages
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 4050 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
