Job Summary

EdTheoryis seeking a dedicated and passionateRegistered Behavioral Therapist (RBT)to join our growing team in Mcclellan California.

TheRBTwill be responsible for providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent(Bachelors degree in psychology education or related field preferred)
CurrentRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with students with autism developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges in a school setting (preferred)
Knowledge ofApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA)principles and behavior intervention strategies
Ability to implement behavior intervention plans underBCBA supervision
