DescriptionAs the Payroll Systems Analyst (24 months) in Cluj-Napoca you will be responsible for ensuring reliable performance and accuracy across global payroll systems supporting seamless integration between Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) ADP Global Payroll and internal platforms. You will act as a trusted partner to Business Units Human Resources teams Payroll Country Teams and external providers contributing to payroll system stability while driving continuous improvement and supporting global payroll initiatives. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensure stable and accurate connectivity between payroll applications and related interfaces.
Partner with internal technical teams and external providers to drive timely issue resolution.
Support Business Units with payroll-related data maintenance in Oracle Human Capital Management (salary costing banking details).
Assist in configuring payroll elements work schedules and costing structures to meet business needs.
Provide support for enhancement requests from countries live on ADP Global Payroll assisting with configuration implementation and accurate data maintenance in OracleHuman Capital Management(HCM) and ADP applications.
Provide support for global payroll implementation projects by validating data between Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and ADP applications and ensuring accurate system alignment for new country deployments.
Assist with data loads configuration activities and Payroll Parallel Testing to secure reliable payroll outcomes and a smooth implementation experience.
Contribute to the rollout of new payroll processes required by legislative or regulatory changes helping ensure consistent compliance across regions.

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology Statistics or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business or systems support ideally in payroll or Human Capital Management (HCM) environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Ability to plan and align tasks to meet the deadlines.
- Detail-oriented person with a deep understanding of data confidentiality requirements.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
