Currently hiring Technicians for the below shifts:

Shift A - 6am to 6pm

Week 1: Monday Wednesday Saturday and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday Thursday and Friday

Shift D 6pm to 6am 15% shift differential pay for hourly employees

Week 1: Tuesday Thursday and Friday

Week 2: Monday Wednesday Saturday and Sunday

How will you make an impact
Support to the Quality Engineer and all Inverter activities supporting Inverter TLA (Top Level Assembly) represent the quality function of technical support in conjunction with other internal support groups regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts.

What will you do

NPI production build follow up such as ECN confirmation Build summary data collection etc.
Handling production line incidents such as non-conformance MRB FAI line audit etc.
Quality and product document preparation based on customer requirements.
Provide guidance and coaching to Quality Control inspectors to enhance their product quality decision-making.
Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needs change.

How will you get here

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred not required or equivalent experience and 23 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have IPC-610 which is critical.
Familiar with boxbuild process.
