Overall Key Responsibilities

Provide support in executing business planning activities for the SEA CF team.

Assistin coordinating projects and initiatives to enhance team collaboration.

Helpfacilitatecommunication between the CEO and internal teams across Southeast Asia.

Contribute to organizing and managing meetings and events including preparation of materials and documentation.

Support people-related programs and initiatives ensuring effective implementation and communication.

Leverage digital tools includingAI-driven solutions to improve efficiency reporting and stakeholder communication.

Business Planning and Project Management

Support the development execution and tracking of collaborative strategies within the SEA CF teams.

Drive day-to-day efforts to progress initiatives ensuringtimelyreporting and communication to stakeholders.

Conduct analytical work tovalidateand support initiatives such as analyzing deal flows and market trends.

Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver a joint SEA CF marketing program that highlights deal successes and capabilities.

Manage andoptimizethe teams professional presence on social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn) including content coordination and performance tracking.

UtilizeAItools (e.g. for research analytics content drafting and reporting) to enhance insight generation and decision support.

Organize and prepare for quarterly meetings and the annual CF Away Day including preparing agendas taking minutes and tracking action items.

People Agenda and Communication

Support the CF team to update implement and communicate L&D CF programs.

Facilitate the execution of the secondment program across SEA countries.

Support the ideation and implementation of critical people-related initiatives as agreed upon by SEA CF leaders.

Use digital channels including LinkedIn and internal platforms to communicatepeopleinitiatives success stories and key updates.

Our Ideal Candidate

48 years of experience in business planning or a related role.

Demonstrated experience managing or supporting professional social media presence preferably LinkedIn (e.g. campaigns content analytics or employer branding).

Familiarity withAItools and technologies (e.g. fordata analysis research content generation or workflow automation) and interest inleveragingAIto improve ways of working.

Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple tasks.

Strong communicationskills and ability to work effectively in team environments.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills able to convey messages clearly and backed by data.

Well-organized with excellent project management skills.
