Overview:

Software Developer for the Mitel CX project.

Implementing the features requested by the PM team to the code (according to the project System Architecture design)

Work in the office (Curitiba) NOT a remote worker.

Responsibilities:

Software developer full stack
Developing Automation and Unit Tests
CI/CD
Work with the System Architect for defining the feature design

Requirements:

Proficiency in languages like Python Java Script Java C# or C depending on the domain
Understand how to organize and process data efficiently
Tolls like Git and platforms like GitHub for collaboration and code management
Knowledge of SQL (e.g. Postgres MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) databases
Agile Scrum DevOps practices for managing projects and teams
Writing unit integration and end-to-end tests; using debuggers and profiles
Creating and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with tools like React Angular Spring etc.
Breaking down complex problems into manageable parts
Collaborating effectively with developers designers and product managers
Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Clear concise and compassionate communication
Ability to guide individuals and teams to discover solution themselves
Encouraging self-reflection and growth
