If theres one thing youll experience here its collaboration. Youll work with supportive engaged colleagues across Sales Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Customer Service to ensure key customers are managed efficiently and professionally.

As a Key Account Assistant you will play a vital role in the daytoday management of key customers supporting Key Account Managers and ensuring smooth execution of customer plans.

Heres a sample of what youll get up to:

  • Provide daytoday operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers
  • Prepare presentations for internal reviews and customer meetings
  • Support planning coordination and execution of promotional activities and customer initiatives
  • Assist with preparation of commercial agreements price lists and customer documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer data listings and promotional calendars
  • Support product launches relistings and delistings in cooperation with internal teams and customers
  • Act as an operational point of contact for customerrelated queries
  • Coordinate information flow between Sales Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Customer Service teams

Are You Ready to Show Us What Youve Got

Were looking for someone with handson experience in an FMCG sales environment who enjoys working with data processes and stakeholders to deliver results.

Heres what we are looking for:

  • University degree preferably in Economics Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an FMCG sales department
    (e.g. Sales Assistant Sales Analyst Key Account Support)
  • Fluent English and Polish both spoken and written
  • Strong computer literacy particularly MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Customerfocused collaborative and resultsdriven approach

What Youll Be Accountable For

  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of sales data reports and customer documentation
  • Supporting effective execution of customer plans and promotional activities
  • Contributing to smooth daily cooperation with key customers through operational excellence
  • Identifying performance gaps risks or inconsistencies and escalating them to Key Account Managers
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes commercial policies and timelines

Your Development Journey

  • Gradual involvement in customer meetings negotiations and business planning
  • Increasing responsibility for selected customers categories or projects
  • Opportunity to independently manage defined customer scopes or smaller accounts
