About the Role
As an MFL Teacher you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage students develop linguistic skills and prepare them for examinations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Modern Foreign Languages across KS3KS5 including GCSE and A-Level

• Planning and delivering structured engaging and differentiated lessons

• Monitoring and assessing student progress providing clear and constructive feedback

• Supporting students in developing practical communication skills and cultural awareness

• Contributing to curriculum planning and resource development within the department

• Participating in enrichment activities trips and language competitions

• Maintaining a positive inclusive and disciplined classroom environment

Experience and Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject

• Possess QTS or PGCE

• Have experience teaching MFL at secondary level ideally including GCSE and A-Level

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management communication and organisational skills

• Be passionate about languages culture and student engagement
