Job Descripiton:
3 years of experience working with SaaS collaboration tools or in a technical support role.
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle (onboarding support decommissioning) for key SaaS collaboration systems (e.g. Google Workspace Slack Miro Asana)
- Provide Tier 1/2 support resolving user issues managing permissions/access and proactively monitoring system performance and availability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IAM Security Legal Procurement) to establish update and enforce application policies (including lifecycle) licensing and financial renewals inclusive of rightsizing RFI RFP implementation and termination/decommissioning of tooling.
- Assist with the setup configuration integration maintenance and troubleshooting of collaboration tools across the organization for end users.
- Document incidents supported user training/onboarding and contribute to process improvements to drive efficiency in SaaS operations.
- Target efficincies through automation and AI technologies; enhance workflows and interoperability in our owned systems
- Familiarity supporting Enterprise SaaS tools such as Google Workspace Zoom Slack Okta Asana Miro etc
- Solid understanding of GAM (Google Automation) Python REST API
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Solid understanding of secure authentication methods (SAML OIDC etc.) SSO and IAM best practices to support user access management and security across collaboration systems.
