Job Title: HCM ABAP Developer with S4 HANA / SuccessFactors / ECP / Payroll & Benefits
Location: Hybrid - Dallas/Miramar
Note: Most meetings will happen in Miramar as needed by project team
Must Haves:
Pure HCM developer - employee experience/human capital
Exposure to payroll and benefits
Success Factors & S4 - will be working in S4 environment (old system is ECC)
Responsibilities:
- 10 years of SAP HR ABAP experience programming in the HR/Payroll modules
- Lead the design and development of custom solutions in SAP HCM (PA OM PY TM and Benefits).
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs including Reports Interfaces Enhancements Adobe Forms SAP Scripts and Workflows.
- Collaborate with functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.
- Review and approve technical specifications ensuring completeness and adherence to standards.
- Optimize existing code and troubleshoot complex issues across HR modules.
- Support integration with SuccessFactors Payroll and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices naming conventions and documentation standards.
- Participate in code reviews performance tuning and quality assurance activities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior ABAP developers.
- Lead technical workshops and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
- Experience in S4 HANA (H4S4) is a plus
- Experience in BTP and Integration Suite is a plus
- Experience in at least one end to end project implementation
