Job Summary

Must have prior MFM experience. Perform comprehensive obstetric ultrasounds includingFirst trimester scans (NT early anatomy)Detailed second- and third-trimester anatomy surveysGrowth and biophysical profiles (BPP)Multiple gestationsCervical length assessment Placental evaluation/PASDoppler studies (umbilical artery MCA ductus venosus):High-Risk & Specialized ExamsEvaluate complex maternal and fetal conditionsIdentify abnormal findings Support fetal therapy and invasive procedures. (Sonographers do not guide or perform) AmniocentesisChorionic villus sampling (CVS)PUBS (cordocentesis) Selective Fetal reduction are performed at this facility by physicians Patient CareProvide compassionate care to patients facing high-risk pregnanciesExplain procedures while staying within scopeMaintain privacy and emotional sensitivityDocumentation & WorkflowAcquire high-quality diagnostic imagesComplete measurements accuratelyEnter exam data into EMR/PACS systemsEnsure studies meet accreditation standards (AIUM/ACR)CollaborationWork closely with MFM physicians Radiologists nurses genetic counselors and support staffParticipate in multidisciplinary care coordination
