Job Summary

Brief Role Description:

The primary role of the experienced graphic designer is to support less complex activities related to designing executive QBRs business plan presentations quarterly newsletters recognition programs awareness booths and media employee engagement activities and townhall events. Additionally the graphic designer is expected to collaborate with the automation team to assist in designing dashboard platforms visuals and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design projects
Proficiency in design software applications and technologies relevant to job requirements
Technical skills in Power BI
Creativity in developing illustrations and animations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work dynamically and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate design instructions and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Suggest drafts and ideas for review
Create illustrations visuals and other designs using software or manual drawings
Use appealing colors and outlines in each graphic
Collaborate with group leaders and relevant stakeholders to produce final designs
Test graphics across various media platforms
Modify or redesign tasks based on feedback
Ensure all graphics and outlines are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
