Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Relocation support is not offered for this role.
This position can be based in our Hub in London or in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities
In this role you will be a member of the Western Europe Amazon KAM team within our WE B2B E-Commerce Centre of Excellence.
Leverage agreed joint business priorities to enforce action against; hold yourself and others accountable for delivery
Take on dotted-line project team responsibility across various functions (Performance Marketing Analytics Operations Demand Planning Regional and Global Commercial teams) and impress with your ability to rally the team and take action at scale
Take full ownership of end-to-end Key Account Management in EUC (Europe Central) - including short and long-term business planning financial management and excellent execution of commercial priorities
Be the advocate of our LEGO shoppers on Amazon obsess over controllable inputs to ensure the best shopping CX possible
Deliver precise sales forecasts and action variance to strengthen our local sales organizations commercial plans; Act as a trusted partner; Keep informed and engaged
Obsess over assortment strategy; Cluster action and track our assortment performance in order to improve growth and mutual value; Work with functional experts to ensure the right assortment will meet the right audience
Scope and deliver against PanEU projects (e.g. novelty performance maximization vs. strategic audiences) to strengthen your footprint and fuel your career development within the LEGO Group

The role will be part of our B2B eCom CoE Center of Excellence a team of cross-functional E-Commerce professionals. Spanning across Europe with dotted lines into local sales organizations. This means you will profit from both an international and hybrid team setup while having the opportunity to build strong personal connections in local sales organizations we are being based in.

Our perfect match for this position is a hardworking and energised E-Commerce specialist with exposure to the digital retail space who would like to help us connect with more children at one of the most loved brands.
Several years of commercial experience in sales or related commercial functions
A proven record of establishing a business agenda and having a team of cross-functional experts deliver against
Experience in effectively building trusted relations across all levels of business
Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of business
In-depth analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Ability to balance short-term results and long-term strategic work
A natural curiosity with a continuous improvement mentality
Business Fluent in English and preferably German language skills
