Job Title: NICE CXone / LiveVox Developer (Contact Center Solutions)

Location: Plano TX - Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)
Experience Required: 10-12 Years
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field


Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced NICE CXone / LiveVox Developer with deep expertise in contact center platforms omnichannel scripting and cloud-based integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with NICE InContact (CXone) LiveVox dialer technologies and contact center automation tools along with exposure to cloud and data platforms.

This role requires working closely with contact center operations Salesforce teams and cloud engineering teams to design implement and optimize customer engagement solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Contact Center Platform Development

  • Design develop and maintain NICE InContact (CXone) solutions.

  • Implement and manage Studio scripting for omnichannel workflows.

  • Configure and support NICE Personal Contact Dialer and LiveVox SmartReach.

  • Implement solutions using:

    • NICE Quality Management

    • NICE IEX Workforce Management

    • Omnichannel routing and contact center automation


Integration & Cloud Technologies

  • Develop integrations using APIs Kafka and cloud services.

  • Work with AWS services such as EKS EC2 and Lambda.

  • Implement integrations with:

    • Elastic Stack (ELK)

    • Snowflake

    • API Gateways


Salesforce & Contact Center Integration

  • Configure Salesforce call center components including:

    • SSO configuration

    • Omnichannel setup

    • Softphone integration with NICE and LiveVox switches

    • Salesforce managed packages

  • Work with SailPoint profiling and Salesforce integration frameworks.


DevOps & Automation

  • Work with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines for deployment and automation.

  • Ensure scalable and reliable deployments for contact center platforms.


Required Skills

  • 10 years of experience in NICE CXone / NICE InContact development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Studio Scripting (Omnichannel).

  • Expertise in:

    • NICE Personal Contact Dialer

    • NICE IEX Workforce Management

    • NICE Quality Management

  • Hands-on experience with LiveVox Dialer / SmartReach scripting.

  • Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.

  • Experience integrating with AWS services (EKS EC2 Lambda).

  • Strong knowledge of API integrations ELK stack and Snowflake.

  • Experience with Salesforce contact center integrations.
