Role Overview
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants with domain exposure in Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) to support enterprise digital transformation and service management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform in financial institutions such as banks insurance companies financial services organizations or fintech companies implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency compliance and service delivery.
Professionals with functional technical or platform administration experience in ServiceNow are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions aligned with BFSI processes
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows
Implement and maintain IT service management and workflow automation solutions
Collaborate with IT teams business stakeholders and compliance teams
Support ServiceNow implementations upgrades and platform enhancements
Participate in system integration with enterprise platforms
Conduct testing activities including unit testing system testing and UAT
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support
Maintain solution documentation configuration guides and knowledge articles
Ensure solutions meet security regulatory and governance requirements common in BFSI environments

Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module
Experience in implementation platform configuration or enterprise workflow automation
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications
Experience with enterprise IT service management frameworks
Knowledge of BFSI regulatory environments and security requirements
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
