Were looking for a Customer Success Specialist who cares about technology customers and results.
Your Mission: Customer Retention and ARR expansion
- Join a growing Customer Success team supporting global retailers and brands using tgndata in over 30 countries.
- Guide new customers through onboarding support their needs using our platform and work closely with product engineers to ensure new accounts are delivered at maximum quality.
- Manage a portfolio of existing international customers and work closely with Product teams to ensure their success.
- Drive contract value expansion by matching platform features to customer needs.
- Be the primary contact for coordination and follow-up on customer issues.
- Work closely with Product Engineering and Sales to solve problems fast.
- Keep NDR and customer satisfaction high contributing to our growth.
Skills and experience to unlock the role:
- Fluent English is mandatory (German is a plus).
- Prior Experience in Customer Success/Support in technology company ideally SaaS.
- Great at breaking down complex topics into clear helpful answers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to spot issues before they escalate.
- Well organized and able to manage multiple customer priorities independently.
You get bonus points for having
- Experience in a SaaS or tech product with an international customer base.
- Experience with Salesforce Jira Freshdesk or Google Workspace
- Professional or native German language skills
