Accountabilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and release: Handle import licenses and shipment release with theEDA including preparation and attendance at inspections.
• Oversee customs clearance: Provide complete approval documents review shipping papers from supplying sites and greenlight shipments.
• Submit and track NODCAR samples: Follow up until final batch release byEDA/NODCAR.
• Coordinate arrival and distribution: Track shipments through depots to ensure efficient compliant delivery.
• Protect cold chain and integrity: Check temperature reports ensure storage conditions and audit distributors for good handling.
• Maintain inventory health: Monitor weekly stock ensure safety stock and coordinate orders and packaging with supplying sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work withSupply Chain Finance Sales Inventory Quality and Global Supply Chain.
• Be present in the field (60%): VisitEDA other governmental entities and theAZ warehouse (6th of October City).
• Foster inclusive ways of working: Practice self-awareness curiosity and active listening to build team inclusion.
• Deliver under pressure: Proactively resolve issues to keep supply moving.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or relevant science background.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience with EDA/NODCAR processes customs brokerage coordination and cold-chain logistics.
• Familiarity with GDP GxP and quality systems in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Experience conducting distributor audits and interpreting temperature excursion reports.
