Your key responsibilities

Real Estate ValuationsBusiness ValuationsFinancial Instruments ValuationsBusiness ModelingBusiness AnalysisAnalysis of Extraordinary Finance Transactions

Knowledge of nonperforming loan (NPL) management models
Knowledge of the NPL market
Knowledge of the main national and international regulations and regulatory frameworks related to credit management
A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.

Skills and attributes for success

Work experience of 4 to 6 years within Corporate Finance teams in top consulting firms banks or financial boutiques.

Expertise in valuation preferably within the Real Estate sector
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork-oriented mindset and solid problemsolving abilities.
