Job Summary

Support critical marine logistics and power cable operations
Do you want to play a key role in supporting the green transition by ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of equipment essential for subsea cable installation and maintenance
As Equipment Warehouse Supervisor for Marine Operations you will contribute directly to NKTs mission of connecting a greener world through safe reliable and wellcoordinated marine logistics.

Ensure warehouse excellence and secure project readiness
In this role you ensure highquality execution of warehouse operations supporting offshore cable installation and maintenance projects. You will work closely with our onshore and offshore stakeholders to secure equipment readiness accurate inventory and efficient logistics handling for mobilizations and demobilizations. Your work ensures that materials tools and cable-related components are prepared preserved and delivered on time enabling effective offshore campaigns.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials within the warehouse.
  • Prepare pack label preserve and store equipment for offshore mobilization and demobilization.
  • Coordinate logistics activities including loading unloading and transport planning.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records stock levels and inspection documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality environmental standards and warehouse procedures.


This position is based in Karlskrona and collaborates with both onshore and offshore teams including Marine Operations management vessel personnel subcontractors and logistics partners.

You are someone who enjoys working in a changing operational environment taking responsibility for your tasks while collaborating closely with colleagues. You bring a practical solutionoriented mindset and thrive in a role that requires precision organization and readiness to handle changing project demands. Your communication style is clear and constructive and you take pride in maintaining high safety and quality standards.


Required skills:

  • Forklift Operator Certification including experience with multiple forklift types
  • 13 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
  • Knowledge of logistics processes stock handling and inspection routines
  • Ability to prepare pack and document equipment for mobilization/demobilization
