Job Summary

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Vendor Performance Manager you hold end-to-end responsibility for the strategic and operational optimisation of both vendor relationships and campaign performance. You act as the bridge between vendor management and marketing execution ensuring maximum alignment between both domains. You act as a strategic lead and sparring partner for Vendor Managers safeguarding campaign quality driving complex cross-vendor initiatives optimising KPIs and implementing AI-driven workflows to increase overall team efficiency.. This role is both strategic and handson: you drive direction and structure while also executing key tasks yourself.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Vendor Partnerships: Act as the main strategic and commercial contact for key vendors develop annual plans advise on market opportunities and integrate vendor strategies into marketing and sales.
  • Campaign & Performance Management: Design launch and optimise cross-vendor campaigns own KPIs and dashboards safeguard campaign quality and ensure a consistent MQL/SQL flow with Sales.
  • Team Enablement & Process Optimisation: Guide Vendor Managers build frameworks templates and AI-driven workflows and establish best practices to increase team efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence & Innovation: Manage vendor budgets and contracts contribute to campaign execution implement AI tools and drive automation and process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Marketing ADM Finance and Communication ensure brand alignment and increase visibility of vendor initiatives and results.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional experience at a level equivalent to Bachelor or Master.
  • 35 years in vendor/partner management performance marketing or a hybrid B2B marketing role ideally within IT.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems Microsoft Customer Insights Google Ads social advertising email marketing flows and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working in IT-focused and B2B marketing environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the PESO model audience segmentation and ROI-driven marketing approaches.
  • Experience with AI tools automation or marketing technology to drive efficiency and innovation is highly valued.
