We are seeking a GenAI Tech Expert to lead the design development and strategic implementation of Amdocs Cognitive Core - a pioneering telco generative AI platform

What will your job look like

• Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms leveraging state-of-the-art techniques (e.g. GPT multimodal LLMs retrieval-augmented generation).
• Architect scalable GenAI platforms and frameworks ensuring robustness security and high performance.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap for GenAI initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with AI capabilities.
• Oversee code reviews technical design sessions and solution validation ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex issues optimize model performance and implement advanced debugging and monitoring solutions.
• Champion automation efficiency and innovation in software and business processes introducing new tools and methodologies.
• Represent the organization in technical forums conferences and customer engagements as a GenAI subject matter expert.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team and broader organization.

All you need is...

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with at least 2 years specializing in GenAI LLMs and advanced machine learning.
• Deep expertise in Python and GenAI frameworks (e.g. LangChain LangGraph Hugging Face OpenAI APIs).
• Proven experience architecting deploying and optimizing large-scale GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes Docker) CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP).
• Strong background in software development methodologies (Agile Scrum) and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor guide and upskill engineering teams in GenAI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
