- Lead and facilitate fit sessions on live models and take ownership of specific product

- Identify potential production quality and costing issues and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity
- Meet seasonal and brand deadlines
- Oversee organization of all electronic and hard pattern files
- Take initiative to get things done and drive the business forward. Eliminate roadblocks
- Strive for continual improvement that drives product and process enhancements
- Foster an open communication and team environment with all business partners

We require
- 2 years of proven technical experience in womens intimate apparel or shapewear
- Bachelors degree in apparel and/or textile related field of study
- Proficient in garment specifications; how to measure garments and flat sketching
- Working knowledge in pattern making (preferability gerber) understanding of fit/balance of garments leading a fit session grading and garment construction
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time while maintaining adherence to the calendar
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build collaborative cross functional relationships
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Innovative thinking
- Knowledge on fabric trims and construction for intimate apparel
- PC Skills Trained in PLM Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Outlook Microsoft (Excel Word Power point)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally - up to 10%
