Job DescriptionRole Overview:Function: Serve as a Process Solution Expert supporting Plant Users in addressing queries and Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: o Conduct gap analysis and identify new business requirements in Intra Logistics (I2D)o Collaborate with the Process Responsible team to develop new & alternate solutionsUser & Process Support: Design & Build and Deploy of I2D solutionso Assist Plant Key Users & Plant Users in testing phases (Unit Integration UAT).o Support data migration activities (Test Migration Productive Migration).o Conduct training sessions for Key Users.o Provide Hypercare Support post go-live.o Troubleshoot defects during testing and post-go-live Requirements:Willingness to travel for short-term business trips (up to 4 weeks) domestically and internationally. Process improvement activities ( PIA):Understand business request & Support the PIA Lead to implement improvement activities ( Validate/finalize the scope /coordinate with technical team to complete unit testing and   implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into functional specifications in support with Lead Junior & Senior Functional consultants to develop competency required for project deliverables Responsible for the assigned Business Requirement (BR)Communication: Communicates clearly professionally and concisely with teams clients and strong presentation to communicate effectively in intercultural and multicultural ::Developing tactical plans to achieve business project timelines in alignment with the roadmap to ensure all activities are completed within the specified :Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams (e.g. functional consultants technical consultants and business users).Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers/vendors).Conflict resolution within project teams during or masters degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or related information5yrs experience in:EWM Versions: Experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded EWM with at least one year in S/ Specifications: Ability to prepare Functional Specs for EWM -ERP Integration: Expertise in EWM-ERP integration setup and Features: Must have hands-on experience with all mandatory EWM features (as per provided reference).Nice to Have: Knowledge of Value-Added Services (VAS) and Automated Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations with good experience & knowledge on SAP Embedded EWMSupport Experience: At least two projects involving post-go-live support or full-time support Experience: Understanding of template rollout & Interface Expertise: Hands-on experience with IDOCs CIF RFC for setup and issue Design: Ability to translate customer requirements into EWM solutions Knowledge & Experience:Inbound Outbound Warehousing and Packaging: Must be strong in at least one process area with good knowledge of the other three. o Definition of Strong: Ability to list worked-on processes explain customer requirements and describe how the process meets business Variants: Understanding of process variations for different business Production Integration: Good knowledge of production replenishment processes and integration Expertise:Auto/Manufacturing Industry: Minimum two years of experience working in EWM within automotive or manufacturing to Have:Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (SAP T
