• Preparing legal letters or other documents on time as per company or different department requirements

Insurance Handling公司保险事务

• Group Freight Forwarding Insurance handling. (Insurance Policy updates Daily Insurance Q&A claim handling Etc.)

集团货代责任险操作保险政策更新日常保险问答保险索赔处理等

• Other insurance Policy updates (Property All Risks Insurance Public Liability Insurance General Liability Insurance and/or other insurance required by Company & Group etc.)

其他保险操作包括财产一切险公众责任险一般责任险及其他集团或公司要求的保险政策维护更新等

Claims Handling & Lawsuit support 索赔管理和诉讼支持

• Prepare and collect supporting documents required of a claim or case

按要求准备及收集索赔或案件文件

• Ensure timely claims and follow up each case regularly until final result

• Coordinate of lawsuit case on documentation & preparing

• Claim & Case analyses & report

Legal & Compliance related support 法务合规相关事务处理

• DSV compliance policy & rules control (including Group Policy & Rules localization and local policy implementation refresh & continuously updates)

• Group legal mandatory review support (NDA other contracts/docs falls into group review)

• Legal & Compliance related WI/IOP/SOP draft maintenance updates
