Job Summary
This role works independently balancing facility supervision rule enforcement light cleaning and childrens activities.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure a safe enjoyable experience in the Kids Club.
Monitor facility rules enforce age and capacity limits and report any safety or medical issues to Security.
Supervise up to 10 children in Kids Club plan and lead structured activities and organize outdoor play on property.
Handle check-in and check-out with parents and escalate behavioral or safety issues as necessary.
Respond to lost children or parent-reported issues by notifying Security and contacting the department manager.
Support special events and other department duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Previous experience in child care preferred.
Excellent guest service communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls on safety.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting.
Ability to perform light cleaning and carry towels/supplies as needed.
You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other non-day shifts.
