Job Summary
Delivery Driver (Category B or C)
Salary: 17680 - 19240
The Role Reporting to the Distribution Manager the Delivery Driver will be a key member of a team responsible for the efficient distribution of the companys premium products to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and loading cases or crates of products for daily distribution.
- Route Execution: Delivering goods across pre-determined routes in a timely and professional manner.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operating small forklift trucks to assist with loading and unloading activities.
- Customer Interaction: Acting as a professional representative of the company when visiting client locations.
- Inventory Management: Handling the collection of empties and ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Possession of a valid Category B or C (Special/C1) driving license is required.
- Certifications: A CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification is considered a strong asset.
- Communication: Ability to read and write effectively; proficiency in English and/or Maltese is required to communicate with the team and clients.
- Attributes: Physically fit for manual loading tasks reliable and highly organised.
Remuneration & Benefits

- Incentives: Commissions based on successful deliveries and collections.
- Flexibility: Availability for overtime as required by operational needs but core hours being Monday-Friday 07:00-!6:00
