Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about helping individuals improve their daily living skills sensory integration and motor development.
The Occupational Therapist will work with clients to assess functional challenges and implement therapeutic strategies that improve independence motor skills and quality of life.
Important: This position is strictly for Occupational Therapists and should not be confused with Physiotherapy roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sensory profiling assessments and functional evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized Occupational Therapy treatment plans
- Provide training in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Deliver gross motor and fine motor skills development therapy
- Support clients with sensory integration therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and therapy reports
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- BS (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of sensory integration techniques
- Good understanding of motor skill development and functional rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work compassionately with patients and families

Eligibility Criteria
