Position Overview: We are looking for both freshers and experienced individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding gates - Provide information and assistance to passengers on flight schedules delays and other travel-related inquiries - Handle baggage check-in and ensure proper handling and loading onto the aircraft - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other airport staff and airline crew to ensure timely and efficient operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Perform security checks and screenings as per airport regulations - Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and composure - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the airline or hospitality industry is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
